# Delete account & data

Information about requesting deletion of personal data in Đọc Sớ.

## Prepare your request

Specify whether you want to delete your entire account or only certain data. If you have an account, prepare your email or account ID to help support verify ownership. Do not send passwords or OTPs.

## Where do I send my request?

For help with account or data deletion requests, please email[xinchao@docsoviet.com](mailto:xinchao@docsoviet.com). This page does not automatically send or process deletion requests. In-app instructions will be updated at launch.

## Which data will be covered?

The final process must define the scope of account profiles, entered details, saved prayers, reminders and synced data, if any. Any retained data, retention reasons and processing timelines will be explained before you confirm a request.

## Before deleting

Back up anything you want to keep. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data. If you have a paid subscription, review and cancel it in the App Store or Google Play; deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
